UPDATE: Two days after this was posted, more recorded incidents have appeared: Thief: www.youtube.com Scientologist admitting to death threat earlier this week: www.youtube.com The Cult of Scientology claims the right to freedom of religion contained in the First Amendment while showing contempt for the other part of that same amendment that guarantees the right to free speech. They aggressively begin interfering with our protests and especially do not like being filmed. Another hypocritical act, as they use whatever opportunity they have to get us on camera in the hopes of unmasking us. Incidents of aggression from their side are now a weekly occurance. While it may be scary at times, it shows that their once powerful litigation has little effect on the concept of Anonymous, and so this is the treatment we now receive instead.

Raw Food Diet – How it Affects a Person’s Fertility With YANG Constitution in TCM Perspective

I. Introduction
A. What is a typical American raw food diet
The raw food diet is defined as a type of diet of which at least 75% of the daily diet must be unprocessed and uncooked foods or foods can not be heating above 115 degree of Fahrenheit or 40 C, including fresh fruit and vegetables and raw meats. A typical American raw food diet contains mostly yin and dampness pathogen, including mostly raw fruits, vegetables and nuts and seeds.

B. What is a person with yang constitution
According to traditional Chinese medicine, yang constitution is genetic passing through pattern which you inherited from either one of your parent. It represents in the deep layer in your body. A person with yang constitution tend to have
1. Red tongue
2. Red face
3. Constipation
4. Dense menstrual flow
5. Nightmare
6. Prefer cooler drink.
7. Etc

II. How raw foods affect fertility
A person with yang constitution may initially benefit from raw foods diet. Since the body is slightly yang excessive, raw foods help to reduce the yang, thus balancing the yin and yang imbalance. But over a prolong period of raw foods intake, it will cause yang qi imbalance, although, it is not severe than a person with yin constitution.

1. Spleen
Spleen is considered as an organ in aiding the digestive system in absorbing vital nutrients and convert them to energy for the body’s need. Although person with yang constitution may take longer and symptoms may not be as severe as a person with yin constitution, but over a prolong period of time in taking raw food diet, it causes dysfunction of spleen in foods digestion, leading to nutrients deficiency of which triggers the primitive brain function in diverting blood aways from the reproductive organ for energy conversation.

2. Liver
According to traditional Chinese medicine, people with yang constitution can benefit from taking a large amount of raw foods everyday to balance the excessive yang constitution in the body. But unfortunately, prolong period of raw diet deplete the yang constitution, leading to yang deficiency. While spleen is damaged due to prolong intake of raw foods, it interferes with liver function in blood transformation, leading to insufficient blood that required to support our body’ daily activity, causing irregular menstruation and weakening the reproductive organs in perform their function in conception depending how much raw food intake.

3. Blood deficiency
As liver is no longer function as it should be, caused by spleen abnormal function in absorbing nutrients to nourish the production of blood, leading to blood deficiency that triggers the brain primitive reaction from diverting the blood away from the reproductive organs, leading to irregular menstruation. in severe case, it causes absence of period, affecting fertility in women and reducing the sperm quality and quantity in men.

4. Blood and qi stagnation
Since raw foods are considered as dampness pathogen, it impairs the spleen function in controlling the interior damp-cold, resulting in qi and blood stagnation, leading to delay menstruation and menstrual pain and cramps.

5. Kidney Yang deficiency
Kidney is considered as an organ helping to moisten, nourish the organs and tissues. Prolong intake of raw foods may decrease the yang qi in the kidney, leading to symptoms of fluid retention, that interferes with function of lung in absorbing enough oxygen for our body, causing nervous tension such as fatigue, tiredness and loss of memory and reducing the production of progesterone and testosterone, leading to lower sperm count in men and abnormal in the yang phrase in women menstrual cycle.

Fathers Rights Means Demanding Constitutional Rights Currently Denied to Fathers

Many of you may think fathers groups are asking for new rights when ‘fathers rights’ are mentioned. They’re not! They’re just demanding the constitutional rights guaranteed to all, but denied to them under present divorce or paternity actions. This article explains what’s denied to them and why it’s unconstitutional.

Under divorce and paternity suits where custody of the child is at issue, family court judges assign custody of the children. This assignment is supposedly based on ‘the best interests of the child’. There are two types of custody – legal and physical. Both can be assigned jointly to both parents or only to one.

Having legal custody means you can determine your child’s religion, educational choices, and medical decisions. Physical custody allows you to determine the day-to-day ordinary living situations and, most importantly, the child lives with you. You share the constant companionship of your child and are perceive by him or her as the parent in control of them.

Not having physical custody means the child lives with you – typically for 2 days over every two week period. Your child ‘visits’ you. You have very little – or no control – over your child’s daily decisions. Children realize that quickly.

If you don’t have physical custody of your child, the court orders you to pay ‘child support’ to the physical custodian (i.e. the mother) of your child. This can be from 25 to 33% of your gross income – and more if the judge chooses to attribute more income to you than you actually earn. If you don’t pay it all, the judge will send you to jail.

What’s unconstitutional about these court orders is that the judge directly denies your constitutional rights without the necessary ‘constitutional due process’ required. He simply pronounces that for the best interest of your child, he’s denying you custody of your child and ordering you to pay the mother specific (and usually high) child support payments or go to jail. And the child support payments don’t have to be used for the child at all – by law!

Yes, you do have a constitutional right to parent your own child – and that includes the direct care of him under both legal and physical custody. Additionally, you have the right to determine your own working income and can’t be punished for not earning enough – as happens if you can’t pay all assigned child support. And, lastly, you have the right to enjoy all other fundamental rights as anyone else in society.

Constitutional rights are inalienable rights that government was formed (in the U.S.) to secure – if you remember the Declaration of Independence. The constitution made it difficult to take away constitutional rights from a person. The courts must use ‘constitutional due process’ when constitutional rights are at stake – unlike what family courts do. This means you can’t be denied your constitutional right to parent unless you are found unfit as a parent by clear and convincing evidence – generally by a jury – in a civil court. And to be unfit, you must present a serious danger – i.e. life threatening – to your child. The ‘best interest of the child’ is not an adequate reason for denying a fit parent his parental rights. In fact In Parham v. J.R. et al 442 U.S. 584 (1979), the Supreme Court declared the ‘best interest of the child’ resides in the fit parent – not in the state. The ‘best interest of the child’ excuse can only be used when there’s no fit parent.

Recognizing equal rights between fathers and mothers should mean that both parents would share both custodies or alternate between them at 50% time. Of course, parents can agree on any other arrangement if they – and only they – agree.

Fathers Rights Denied So today, fit fathers – never having done anything wrong – are routinely denied their constitutional rights in family court – their right to directly care for their children and are subjected to extort by the courts to pay the mother money for whatever purpose she wants to use it for.

And beyond the scenario of 2 day visit per two week period and high extortion payments under the threat of jail, many mothers alienate the children from the father – or just move away with the kids. Family courts do little or nothing to assuage this ‘motherly’ behavior.

The court doesn’t secure – as it should – the fathers rights. In fact he’s enslaved for money – a lot of money. All is controlled by these family courts judges and mothers. They have all the power. And, as always, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. I’ve written elsewhere on how the money and power is an enormous influence on keeping this unconstitutional family court system in operation against fathers.

To deny fathers rights is to deny constitutional rights to someone who’s done nothing wrong – not to mention denying children their real father.

Pascagoula, Miss. (Sept. 11, 2007) – The stern assembly was placed onto the second NSC, USCGC Waesche (WMSL 751). With this unit in place, Waesche is now 33 percent complete. Later this month, the construction team will erect three of the five remaining lifts necessary to complete Waesche’s structure. These include the forward and aft superstructure grand blocks and the upper bow unit. The next major production milestone is stern release, scheduled for November.The stern is landed on NSC 2.
