I’m a poli sci major so I’ll help you on on Hobbes and Locke.

Not B because in his view the natural rights were: life, liberty and property
Not C because he never said that, trust me
Not D because he thought the EXACT opposite of the state of nature.
22. C Locke thought that if a ruler decided to seek absolute power then the people had the right AND duty to kill such Rulers. Hobbes did not think people had the right to rebel.
B is right though. Locke though that in the state of nature things were mostly peaceful and if there was violence it was ended shortly by others. But C is more of a major reason.
Not A Locke did not reject the notion of a social contract
Not D Hobbes was very materialistic. To say that he rejected private property is ridiculous.
