Should we worry that General James Jones National security advisor is stepping down?

Question by : Should we worry that General James Jones National security advisor is stepping down?
This is the 3rd General either fired or let go by President Obama, Are we safe with Obama at the helm? Who will be next? Is Obama worried about our military leaders leaving? Should we be worried or should we just have “faith” that Obama will take care of the National security issues and protect our Country better then our Military can? The liberals and Obama must think so…….

  • You wonder why he (general) didn’t wait till after November to make his announcement…hmmm

    It’s definately doesn’t help Obama’s cause

  • obama has his own agenda.he has no military experience whatsoever.this is in afghanistan is all being run by him with only his vision being what is done.this is another johnson at the helm.and american soldiers are dying because of it.

  • Ah Yes. One should worry when the rats start deserting the ship.

  • No.

“Jones, who retired from active duty in February 2007 after more than 40 years of uniformed service, had planned all along to leave the national security adviser’s post within two years.”

Jones was a joke as National Security advisor. Almost as bad a Congo lezza Rice.
Someday someone will learn you can not just put some 4 star ass hat, or some
Bimbo from Daddys old regime in a job they are totally unqualified to do. You have
to look at the individual not the rank of General staff officer. Not all of these people
are worth the powder to blow them up with. Any time a Military officer goes above
the Rank of 0-6, He or she are nothing but full fledged politicians nothing more.

Unless we are in status of world wide combat. Anyone above the rank of 0-7 is
nothing more than a mouth piece for the party he will not admitt he is linked to.

A National Security advisor needs to have Intellegence agency real time involvement.
He or She has to have the complete understanding of all the Agency’s in the
Intelligence Community. Which are numerous and very guarded. The National
Security Advisor needs to have complete control of the Intelligence community.

He needs to be able to sort out the bullshit, and know what is relevent and not relevent
for Presidential briefing. If a call has to be made. Let that educated experienced
person make it. Not some political lap dog of a party favor.
