Congress approved a four year extension of expired provisions of the patriot act on May 26, 2011. overcoming a load from both parties to narrowly avoid a lapse in the terrorist serveilance law. The “Patriot Act” covers techniques such as wire taps, terrorist investigation and law enforcement to obtain records they deem relevant for an investigation. I know in my heart that Muslims are good people. I also know that French Canadians are great people too. I perceive bigotry and fear mongering similar to when I perceived it around the time of the separatist referendum. I can go back in history to the Japanese internment (prison) camps. The tragedy is that the seeds of war are bearing the fruit of hatred and separation right here in Canada. I choose to do unto others…Everything is alive and everything responds to love. Media has no love.
