Atsec Information Security Corporation Announces ISO 9001:2000 Certification

The atsec information security corporation quality system has been certified as compliant with ISO/IEC 9001:2000, the international standard for quality management systems.
atsec was certified by TUV Rheinland of North America. TUV Rheinland is accredited to perform ISO 9001:2000 certifications by the American National Standards Institute – American Society for Quality National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The scope of the assessed system embraces all of atsecÂs activities, which encompass Âthe provision of information security services, including accredited IT testing and evaluation laboratoriesÂ.

Our role as assessors and evaluators of standards demands the highest levels of quality. Although our U.S. laboratories are subject to thorough assessments under the National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), we also wanted to ensure that our entire business meets the appropriate standards; compliance with ISO 9001:2000 ensures that we have the capability to do so.
