The four aircraft which crashed on September 11th, 2001 have never been forensically matched to the four passenger planes which were allegedly hijacked that morning. Requests under the Freedom of Information Act have met with denials and refusals, and documents which have been produced, allegedly using data from the only three “Black Box” flight recorders said to have been found, have no serial numbers of the devices listed on them. The excellent work done by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and other such organizations, in their quest to determine what caused the Twin Towers and WTC 7 to collapse, should never be underestimated. But, being the primary murder weapons, for my money the real smoking guns were, and still are, the four aircraft that were used as weapons on that terrible day, and for them not to have been identified breaks every rule in any book which seeks to teach the art of solving crimes. It is either an oversight beyond belief, on the part of the 9/11 Commission, or part of a criminal conspiracy of immense proportions set in motion to cover up what really happened on September 11th, 2001. What part of the Constitution allows the government to prohibit what we put into our own bodies?

Question by bryguy_95: What part of the Constitution allows the government to prohibit what we put into our own bodies?
I’ve read it and can’t seem to find anything about this. I know the courts have ruled in favor numerous times, but they’re only allowed to interpret, not violate, right?

Also, do you think police should be required to actually read the Constitution that they’re supposed to be defending?

Corporate Cyber Security: Part One

A basic understanding of computer networks is necessary for understanding the elements and principles of the Internet security. There are tools that can be used to reduce the number of networking attacks. In the modern world of risk to the security computers, a corporation needs to use a multilayered approach in order to protect the information located on the computer from network attacks. The difference of the national security from a corporate cyber security is in its large scale of security issues, problems that have to be solved. Weaknesses in broadly used software and hardware products can create problems at the national level, thus, requiring coordinated activities for the development of improved technologies. Besides, the lack of trained professionals is the issue of a national level concern. The national cyber security focuses on preventing and protecting against cyber attacks at a national level. It is aimed at securing information infrastructures of the USA.

A firewall is a powerful technology used for host protection at a corporation. It can reduce the risk exposure introduced by internetworking hosts, defend the network against attacks. It simply blocks access to ports, IP addresses, protocols and services to prevent the network threats. Many corporations use one of three possible types of firewalls.

1. Application gateways are the first firewalls and are known as proxy gateways. They are created from hosts which use particular software for acting as a proxy server. The application gateways are considered to be the most secure as they do not permit anything to pass by default. Before using it and the Internet one must be proxitized. However, they have a drawback – they are slow in the process.

2. Packet filtering is a tool with the help of which routers have access control lists turned on. There is little overhead in packet filtering as the access control tool is fulfilled at a lower ISO/OSI layer. Besides, a packet filtering gateway is usually faster than application gateways. Still, there are disadvantages of using it as TCP/IP has no possibilities to guarantee the correctness of the source address.

3. Application gateway and packet filtering are useful tools in a cyber security issue. However, there exist hybrid systems, which unite the security of the application layer gateways with the flexibility and speed of packet filtering. Hybrid systems are highly recommended for corporations.

The United States Constitution – Part 1 – The Preamble

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The Constitution is written in the voice of THE PEOPLE of the Unites States, NOT in the voice of a government. Yes, you are going to say that the people ARE the government, however it has to be established, first.

What is the purpose of this Constitution? To form a more perfect Union. The Articles of Confederation that was currently in effect would not be the best vehicle to drive this country forward, so the people had to have a better type of union.

It furthermore establishes several things. The need to establish some things means that those things were either NOT there, or again, they needed to be set straight in a better way:

Establish Justice: In other words, How Are We Going to prepare to Treat Each Other. The People made it very clear what they DID NOT like about the King of England’s treatment of them in the Declaration of Independence, so now, the people needed to set forth and publish how they were going to be treated.

Insure Domestic Tranquility: You need to know that when the founding fathers (yes, they were all men) wrote the 2 documents that are the subjects of this series, there were approximately 3 million people in this country and they considered themselves to be members of their own states before they were members of the country. They knew that they had to get together and calm all the differences between the states so that commerce could happen without having every state treating every other state like a foreign country!

Provide for the Common Defence: The people needed to be able to establish a system for defending our new country from other foreign countries. We will be discussing what needed to happen for this very common sense measure.

Promote the General Welfare: This was written and very hotly debated about what IS the General Welfare of the people who wrote this. Common usage of this phrase in the time that it was written would indicate that the General Welfare is that which has the broadest effect. In other words a law or statute that adversely affects one group of otherwise law-abiding citizens at the expense of another more narrowly defined group should not be allowed.

Secure the Blessings of Liberty to Ourselves: By establishing the rules for the Treatment of all the People, knowing that we are going to be prepared to fight, if necessary for our National Security and ensuring that all people are treated the same way, we will have the Liberty that we required for ourselves in the Declaration of Independence.

AND by so doing we have laid the ground for our Posterity (our kids and their kids and their kids…) to enjoy the same Liberties with the same responsibilities that we had.

…do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

 

I have been an America Lover for the past 55 years. There has been many that have taken the words that were very clearly written in the language of their origin and have stomped all over them. This includes many of our elected officials.

Attention: Property investment can seriously improve your wealth (Part 3)

When you are looking to make money, the old adage holds true: “Buy low, Sell high”. In other words, “You make your money when you buy, not when you sell”.

This is a fundamental concept that you must grasp in order to be a successful property investor. You must always buy your real estate for a low price, never for the full market value. Never forget this simple yet crucial rule and you’ll always make money. You may think that is all well and good but wonder how to go about doing it.

 

Well the great thing about real estate is that it has no absolute, set price. No one can say for definite what a piece of real estate is worth because valuation is an art not a science. Contrary to a popular misconception, estate agents don’t dictate the price of real estate. When you arrange a valuation with an agent, they’re just giving their best guess as to what they think people will be prepared to pay for it. The true value is whatever someone is actually willing to pay for it. For example, someone with an emotional attachment to a property might be willing to pay lots more for it than everybody else. In contrast, an investor might only be willing to pay less than other people would pay for it. Do you see what I’m getting at? The value of any given piece of real estate is very much an unknown quantity until the point of purchase. Different groups of people, for their own individual reasons, will value any given property differently.

 

So the emotionally driven buyer might pay, for example, £50,000 more than the majority of people are prepared to pay, in order to secure it for himself. Consider an analogy with an art lover at an art auction.

Fortunately for us, it’s not only vendors who can benefit from the fact that property values are not absolute. Indeed, vendors are human and can be emotional too. Therefore they might sell their property for less than it is generally considered to be worth. There are many reasons for this which I will discuss in other articles. Wouldn’t you like to be the lucky buyer who snaps up that cheap property? I certainly would.

 

You should never buy property from anyone who is not motivated to sell to you at a discount. If you ignore this advice and buy at full market value you will run out of money very quickly and find it difficult to make a profit. If you don’t know how to find these emotional vendors and their great deals you should use the web to get some free property investment education.

 

So, when you find a great deal, how are you going to finance it? If you were buying equities, you would have to use your own money. No bank will lend you mortgage money to buy equities because they know how volatile the market can be. No. They are happy for you to take that risk alone. In contrast, when you want to buy land, houses or apartments, you can do so using the power of a mortgage. You borrow and use “other people’s money” i.e. the bank’s, to buy an asset that will make you money forever more! Amazing!

 

You see, they know that real estate is a safe, reliable investment and that as time goes by their investment grows ever safer. From their point of view, if things go sour they can sell your asset for a lot more money and get their mortgage money back. Banks aren’t stupid. They demonstrate their faith in the property market to the public every day by lending on property purchases. We’ve all heard the expression “as safe as house”, right? If the banks class property as a safe investment, shouldn’t that tell you something? Now don’t get talking about the credit crunch and all the trouble that banks are in. That is nothing to do with them lending money to responsible people like you and I to buy safe, solid investment properties. They made mistakes in other areas of their business but we’re not going to get into a discussion about the credit crunch and overpaid bankers. Let’s get back to the magic of real estate.

 

Compare buying real estate with equities (shares, bonds etc). There is a fixed market price for those assets and if you want them you must pay full price just like everyone else. There are brokers fees to pay and tax on any profits with no breaks available from the tax man. Your values of your equities are probably volatile and could rapidly decrease in value. You can probably only hope to hold a very small percentage of the total number of shares on the market. With such a small voice you have no realistic, practical say on the running of the company that you have invested in so you can’t influence the value of your investment.  Compare this to property investment, with the ability to buy below market value, add value and the many generous tax breaks available. Surely the evidence is weighing up in favour of property investment vs stocks and shares.

 

So I hope that you understand why real estate is such a good investment in comparison to some of the other choices out there. You probably want to learn how to use mortgages like the pros to finance your next investment. You probably want to learn how you can become rich in real estate.
