Afghan National Army troops prepare for an inspection by their leadership and visiting coalition leaders April 24 at Camp Shoraback in Helmand province. Lt. Gen. David Rodriguez, commander of ISAF Joint Command, and Maj. Gen. John Toolan, commander of II Marine Expeditionary Force and Regional Command – Southwest, visited the Afghan soldiers after a meeting with the leaders of the camp.
