‘God, Family, Republic’ Web Page of Constitution Party Presidential Candidate Michael Anthony Peroutka Now Up and Running

Pasadena, Maryland, (PRWEB) January 21, 2004

http://www.Peroutka2004.com is the Web address for Michael Anthony Peroutka who is seeking the Presidential nomination of the Constitution Party. His themes are “God-Family-Republic.” He believes, as George Washington did, that it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge God by obeying Him. He believes that true marriage is God-created, between a man and woman only and requires the approval of no government. And he wants to restore our original representative Constitutional republic — which was never a “democracy.”

One of five children of Anthony and Elizabeth Peroutka, Michael has served as a law partner with his brother, Stephen, for the past eighteen years in the Pasadena, Maryland law firm of Peroutka and Peroutka, P.A.. During that time he has been active in pro- life issues and has assisted and founded many organizations including “The Institute on the Constitution” that seeks to educate Americans about their own history, heritage and form of government. It was his passion for learning about and restoring Constitutional government in his home state that led him to the Constitution Party and its dedication to principle over politics.

A graduate of Loyola College in Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law, Michael has been active in the Constitution Party for several years and currently serves as Chairman of the Constitution Party of Maryland and is on the Executive Committee of the National Party.

Early in his professional career Michael found himself unwittingly involved in a vast criminal enterprise – an experience which dramatically altered his life’s work and helped to chart the path to his intended candidacy for public office. While employed at the United States Department of Health and Human Services as a young attorney, Michael realized that none of the programs on which he was working were authorized by the United States Constitution and were therefore unlawful.

Michael lives with his wife, Diane, and their children, Timothy, Patrick and Elizabeth in Millersville, Md. He is a Bible-believing Christian.

This video was originaly produced and edited by Braedon Wilkerson, a Ron Paul Revolutionary, in association with America Restored. This Video is a small portrayal of the current Revolution, sparked by Texas Congressman Ron Paul, taking place in our nation today. He is the leading voice of freedom, the Constitution and limited government in our nations capitol. He has been likened to Thomas Jefferson, is known widely as the taxpayers best friend, has served in Congress for twenty years, and was best friends with Ronald Reagan. He has never voted to raise taxes or for an unbalanced budget, has never voted to support any measure of power not granted to Congress in the Constitution and supports abolishing the Federal Reserve Sytem and a return to sound gold based currency and an honest monetary policy. Congressman Ron Paul’s campaign is all about freedom, prosperity, and peace. He does not want to control anyone and believes the only true purpose of government is to preserve the right of the people to excercise their freedoms as they themselves see fit -whether to their benefit or destruction. Help “Restore the Republic” support and vote Ron Paul for President 2012! visit RonPaul.com for more information on where Dr.Paul stands on key issues like: the Federal Reserve, Our Money, Taxes, National Defense, Border Security, Israel, Civil Liberties, Health Care, Abortion, Education, War on Drugs, Global Warming, and Earmark Reform. Under the original constitution, what was the original outline for presidential succession?

Question by Shippo2wolf: Under the original constitution, what was the original outline for presidential succession?
Under the original constitution, what was the original outline for presidential succession? How did the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 change that?

Best answer:

Answer by JOE
In the beginning the Vice President would move up to President and if he was not able the congress would then act on Advise and consent to name who would be next in line and as you say in 1947 the line of succession was clearly defined. See current line on line by asking Presidential line of succession

Presidential candidates discuss church and state

Joe Biden, John Edwards and Barack Obama discuss the role of faith in politics, and separation of church and state

Presidential Election…??

I know this is sure to inflame some people, but I need to know how any average american citizen can even consider voting for McCain?? The war was a gigantic mistake. Who doesn’t know this? McCain has been quoted as saying he will stay in Iraq for 100 years…why?? He is endorsed by and follows many of the same ideas as Bush. Who doesn’t know what this thought process has done to our country?? Not to mention that McCain wants to overturn Roe Vs. Wade. This can not be allowed to happen. It takes women so many years into the past. Young women need to pay attention. He does have the power to do it. He will have control of the supreme court. That would be damaging to women’s rights We do need a change. Barack Obama is the epitome of the ideals that this country was formed upon. Freedom. Equality. We can not as a country continue to preach it but not live by it. We need someone fresh and young and motivated by possibilities. Where is the hope for the future? A breath if fresh air is what this country needs. Experience certainly does not equal better quality. One last statement…For those of you who refer to Obama as Barack Hussein Obama, I hope you are not a racist or a bigot who is too afraid to say it’s about the color of his skin. That should be our last thought right now. Everyone should be thinking of ways to keep crooked politics out of the white house. Patriotism is an often misunderstood word. Vote Obama…
Eagleswings41,

I knew this subject would inflame some people but I was not rude. I didn’t find it necessary for you to call me stupid simply because my opinion differs from yours. I am educated and do not believe “holding hands…” would bring world peace. I simply do not believe that bickering, fighting, name calling, or starting war are the ways to solve problems. Also, 9/11 was caused by Osama bin Laden, not Iraq and Saddam Hussein. If our war was waged over 9/11 then it would have been with Afghanistan & Pakistan. I don’t understand why people can not see the correlation between the war, the oil companies, and Bush and his puppet masters. So now that I have followed up, I again want to say that I did not need to resort to name calling in an adult conversation. I hope that anyone else who replies is more polite despite differences.
