A significant part of it was canceled during the Bush administration. Witness, the PATRIOT Act, F.I.S.A., the Military Commissions Act, and the Kelo Vs New London Supreme Court Decision.

The Constitution was screwed long, long before the Bush administration. The death of the Constitution started with the Alien and Sedition Act. Now, only the 3rd amendment of the Bill of Rights stands.

No. Whether a liberal or conservative government oversteps its bounds, it is still overstepping its bounds; let us not get into arguments about whether liberals or conservatives are more constitutional, and accept the flaws of both our party and others.
That said, I don’t necessarily agree with every facet of the Constitution. I believe in progress and change and think law should evolve with society.
