The MPC will provide 31,000 square metres of office space across four floors of workspace for journalists, photographers, accredited non-rights holding broadcasters, as well as IOC and LOCOG staff during the Games. Across the Games it will be open for 52 days with the Catering Village serving an estimated 480,000 meals and 1.6 million cups of tea over 24 hours a day.

The MPC will become a ‘home from home’ for the world’s media with state-of-the-art media facilities to ensure media can report on the Games. A 200 metre-long High Street will feature a range of shops and services including a post office and dry cleaners, pharmacy and general store.

LOCOG Chair Sebastian Coe said: ‘Like the athletes competing at London 2012, the world’s writers and photographers who will be based in the MPC are at the top of their profession. We will offer them state of the art facilities so they can tell the extraordinary stories that will come out of the Games. This is our first venue on the Olympic Park to open for business and we are ready to welcome the world’s media as they come and set up their office.’

With the sporting action a mere month away, LOCOG has also announced today that spectators attending the Games will be treated to a programme of comprehensive and innovative sport presentation for the Games, including in-ear commentary, music, presenters for different sports – and a few other surprises.

The sports presentation experience for spectators is set to entertain and educate, reflecting the London 2012 vision of connecting more young people with sport. Each venue will have a tailored sports presentation programme offering different experiences best suited to sports – ensuring the spectator experience is as good as possible.

A music library of 2012 songs with five music themes – energy, primetime, extreme, heritage and world stage – has been compiled. Each theme will be tailored for specific sports, for example heritage for Tennis at Wimbledon or extreme for BMX.

A unique music programme for the Olympic Games, ‘Rock the Games’ is being created which features live performances and exclusive new recorded tracks from various artists.

Five official songs have been composed for ‘Rock The Games’, led by chart-topping band Muse whose track ‘Survival’ has been written for the Games and will be played at various sport sessions. The track is available for download from Thursday 28th June. The other four official songs are by Elton John vs Pnau (released July 16th) Delphic (released July 23rd), Chemical Brothers (released July 30th) and Dizzee Rascal (released August 6th).

In addition, Scissor Sisters and Rizzle Kicks are just two of the artists that are set to play surprise gigs at some of the Olympic venues.

Other London 2012 venues will see exciting performances from leading dancers including the English National Ballet and street crews choreographed by Peridot. Acrobatics, cheerleading from Newham’s Ascension Eagles, sport demonstrations and sport skills’ shows including jump rope from Get Tricky. Music will also be provided by military bands from the Royal Marines, Army and Royal Air Force and DJs providing a lively entertainment programme for spectators.

Films, including ‘Sport A-Z’ for Olympic and Paralympic sports, will be shown before each session allowing spectators to get an overview of the sport in a dynamic and engaging way. The films will use actions shots of former and current athletes as well as graphical animations and motion capture avatars demonstrating the sports.

All venues will have presenters who will act as anchors in venues, appearing on the big screens. They will host each session and guide the spectators through all the key sporting elements, interacting with the crowd, interviewing attending athletes and celebrities and keeping everyone informed of key timings. There will be a mixture of established presenters including Ben Shephard and Gethin Jones as well as up and coming talent such as Aissetou N’gom. Other young presenters were also recruited through universities, sports clubs, drama and performing arts groups throughout the UK – over 750 budding presenters applied to work at the Games and 13 were selected to be part of the London 2012 presenting team.

As well as announcers and commentators, a number of venues will have in-ear commentary radios available for purchase by spectators, giving access to live expert analysis of the competition. The radio will be available for sports where a number of elements are happening simultaneously on the field of play or where there are judged elements which may not be easily understandable for those new to the sport. All commentators will complete a workshop with the RNIB to make sure that the commentary will also be useful for sight impaired visitors.

Debbie Jevans, Director of Sport said: ‘Inspiring people to engage with sport has always been central to our vision. There are 26 Olympic sports and many people will be seeing these for the first time so we will explain some of the intricacies in an innovative and informative way. We also want to ensure the way we present sport adds to the experience of the spectators in the venues and builds the atmosphere. This will be a special summer and we are grateful to everyone who has given their time and expertise over the past years.’

An entertainment programme will also run throughout the day from locations around the Olympic Park. Roaming performers will entertain the crowds while they explore the Park. A bandstand will also offer up-and-coming performers the opportunity to perform in front of thousands of people in the Park during the Games.

In addition to the entertainment around the Park there will be chances to take a photo with a mascot, visit sponsor showcases, pin trading and a chance to watch the action on the Park Live Site.

LOCOG today has also issued ‘5 top tips’ for ticket holders coming to the Games. These are:

1. Be prepared for security checks when you arrive: this will be like taking an international flight at an airport. It will be busy and you will have to queue, so get there early – check http://www.london2012.com for your recommended arrival time.

2. Bring as little as possible with you: the more you bring, the longer it will take to go through security. One small soft-sided rucksack or handbag is allowed per person – this must fit under your seat. If you have a ticket for Football, we strongly suggest you do not bring a bag – if you do, your entry will be delayed and you may miss your event.

3. Read the lists of prohibited and restricted items before you leave: You cannot bring in liquids over 100ml*, including water – but you can bring an empty plastic water bottle and fill it up at water points inside venues. There is a wide range of food available to buy, but if you need to bring your own food, it must fit inside your bag.

4. Leave plenty of time to travel to your venue: London and the UK will be extremely busy and very different to what you’re used to. Use the spectator journey planner to find the best route and, where necessary, book your travel to make sure you get to your event on time. Ticket holders for events in and around London can use their Games Travelcard for travel in London zones 1-9.

5. Please remember the only way to pay is by Visa (debit, credit or prepaid card) or cash.

No.1 in the UK, the album also topped that charts in 19 countries worldwide. A European tour followed with a lavish new production which saw them play in front of 300,000 fans in just two months. A short trip home during the tour saw them bestowed as the 2011 recipients of the Silver Clef Award from music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins before heading out for a string of sold out stadium shows in UK, France, Italy, Holland, Spain and Switzerland.

Muse will release their 6th studio album ‘The 2ND Law’ this September. A European arena tour will follow the release from October onwards.

US TROOPS SAY VOTE RON PAUL 2012, FEDERAL RESERVE TREASON MUST END, FLORIDA PRIMARY CNN DEBATE

Follow KnowTheTruthTV on Facebook @ facebook.com/KnowTheTruthTV Follow KnowTheTruthTV on Twitter @ twitter.com/KnowTheTruthTV The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign raised more campaign donations from active military than all other presidential candidates—Republican or Democrat—including having raised more funds from this segment than all other GOP competitors combined, and more than incumbent President Barack Obama. Dr. Paul, an Air Force veteran, raised more than 000 from active military in the third quarter. This comes after Dr. Paul out-raised all GOP candidates — including all GOPers combined, and President Obama singularly — in the second quarter of this year. Dr. Paul also outraised his GOP competitors in a head-to-head comparison during his 2008 run for the presidency. “Ron Paul is the only candidate with a plan to end the growing number of unconstitutional undeclared wars, having an unclear connection to US national security, end costly overseas nation-building that pays no friendship dividends, and stop subsidizing global security. Instead Dr. Paul will bring our troops home, secure our borders and lead the nation in practicing a traditional American noninterventionist foreign policy, and MOST importantly END the federal reserve bankers treason/monopoly on America since 1913. “Most Americans have no real understanding of the operation of the international money lenders. The accounts of the currupt Federal Reserve Bank System have never been audited. 2012: Patient’s (Doctor’s) Bill Of Rights – PPACA & ERISA Outlaws Anti-Assignment by Insurance Companies

2012: Patient’s (Doctor’s) Bill Of Rights – PPACA & ERISA Outlaws Anti-Assignment by Insurance Companies

Hanover Park, IL (PRWEB) December 31, 2011

ERISAclaim.com announces 2012 Webinars on Patient’s (Doctor’s) Bill Of Rights under health reform laws for claims denials, delays and overpayment crisis. PPACA claims regulations will be fully enforced in 2012 by adopting 36-year-old federal law, ERISA, in its entirety with new protections for patients, doctors and hospitals. PPACA & ERISA Outlaws 36-year-old discriminative anti-assignment practice by all insurance companies and managed care entities, with a new definition of claimant under PPACA, making all doctors and hospitals with valid PPACA and ERISA assignments equally protected under PPACA, also known as “Doctor’s Bills of Rights”, regardless of providers PPO network participation. ERISAclaim.com’s Doctor’s Bill of Rights Webinars starts at $ 5,000 for each two-hour session for each organization.

On November 10, 2011, for the first time in U.S. healthcare history, as a part of PPACA enforcement, federal government launched a “Federal Insurance Department Website” for both patients and providers. On March 16, 2011, Congressional GAO published a report indicating that less than 0.5% of denied claims were appealed in the State of Ohio while 39 to 59% of appeals reversed denied claims.

“While Supreme Court is scheduled in March 2012 to review the constitutionality challenge on PPACA, on May 16, 2011, the Court significantly redefined ERISA with new remedies and protections for patients and providers by its decision in Cigna v. Amara (Case #: 09–804). Regardless of the Supreme Court decision on individual coverage mandate, PPACA claims regulation is completely based on ERISA claim regulation, the 36-year-old federal law, completely governing all employer-sponsored health plan claims,” said says Dr. Jin Zhou, president of ERISAclaim.com, a national expert on PPACA and ERISA appeals and compliance.

According to DOL data, about 77% of insured Americans under employer-sponsored plans have purchased out-of-network coverage by paying higher premiums, out of network doctors and hospitals are completely powerless without PPACA and ERISA compliance if any patients wanted to exercise their rights to see out-of-network doctors and hospitals, warned Dr. Zhou.

ERISAclaim.com’s “Doctors’ Bill of Rights Webinars” will cover following topics with in-depth analysis and compliance of PPACA and ERISA ($ 5,000/2 Hr session/private only):

1.    PPACA “Patient’s Bill of Rights” aka “Doctors’ Bill Of Rights:

http://cciio.cms.gov/programs/marketreforms/billofrights/index.html

“On June 22, 2010, President Obama announced new interim final regulations, the Patient’s Bill of Rights, that include a set of protections that apply to health coverage starting on or after September 23, 2010, six months after the enactment of the Affordable Care Act.”

2.    DOL Affordable Care Act Regulations and Guidance: http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/healthreform/

3.    PPACA Regulations on Internal Claims and Appeals and External Reviews:

4.    EBSA News Release: US Department of Labor’s EBSA creates new consumer assistance Web page [11/10/2011]

http://www.dol.gov/opa/media/press/ebsa/EBSA20111627.htm

5.    “Federal Department Of Insurance Complaints Website” for Doctors and Patients: https://www.askebsa.dol.gov/WebIntake/Home.aspx?submit=Submit+a+Complaint

6.    Congressional GAO Reports: 39% to 59% denial reversal with valid appeals, only 0.5% appeals in Ohio – http://www.gao.gov/new.items/d11268.pdf

7.    DOL: About 77% of Insured Americans Purchased Out-Of-Network Coverage under Private Industry (DOL, BLS, NBS 2010, page 11 of 167): http://stats.bls.gov/ncs/ebs/detailedprovisions/2010/ebbl0047.pdf

8.    How to become a compliant claim expert in Doctor’s Bill Of Rights under PPACA and ERISA, to appeal all wrongful denials and delays for medical necessity, policy limitation, billing coding errors and out-of-network choices and a direct insurance payment.

In addition, ERISA Outlawed anti-assignment practice since January 1, 2003:

http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/regs/fedreg/final/2000029766.pdf (page 70255)

“The proposal eliminated a provision in the 1977 regulation that seemed to imply that representatives of a claimant must be “duly authorized” to act on behalf of the claimant. This change reflected the perception of the Department that no single Federal standard governs the authorization of a representative and that claimants should be able to freely name representatives to act on their behalf…..Specifically, subparagraph (b)(4) provides that a plan’s claims procedures may not preclude an authorized representative (including a health care provider) from acting on behalf of a claimant and further provides that a plan may establish reasonable procedures for verifying that an individual has been authorized to act on behalf of a claimant. …\ This provision, which is a clarification of current law, applies to all employee benefit plans covered under the Act.”

Most importantly, PPACA “Doctor’s Bill Of Rights” redefined “Claimant” for equal protections under Patient’s Bill of Rights:

http://webapps.dol.gov/FederalRegister/PdfDisplay.aspx?DocId=24056 (page 43355)

“(iii) Claimant. Claimant means an individual who makes a claim under this section. For purposes of this section, references to claimant include a claimant’s authorized representative.”
