Idaho Army National Guard gets 2 new helicopters
BOISE — The Idaho Army National Guard welcomed two new helicopters to Gowen Field Friday afternoon. The UH-72A Lakota helicopter is a light utility chopper designed specifically for the guard’s medical evacuation mission. It will be used for training and medical evacuations. It is not used for combat.
