Recent terrorist incidents and attempts in the United States have drawn greater attention to domestic radical extremism. These incidents have challenged law enforcement and intelligence agencies, as well as-Muslim American communities in their efforts to identify and prevent radicalization and acts of terrorism within the United States.
The National Security Network and the Center for American Progress Action Fund joined for an insightful conversation on these issues with Congressman Keith Ellison and our distinguished panel of experts. The panel explored the causes of Islamist radicalization and how to create an effective strategy that prevents terrorist attacks while working with affected communities.
