  • @ParisLawStudent – it’s all good – everything works toward Truth – Truth can withstand all lies – What is True is always True – Truth needs no defense – Lies have no effect on Truth – People will always believe whatever they want to believe – Truth isn’t learned it’s recognized – You accept or deny what is already true w/ every thought you have – You experience the result of your decision – What is True is True for everybody all the time – that’s how you know it’s True – Enjoy the ride – Peace

Getting people to think critically is a great thing. But as I have shown, he is plainly lying. When you give a definition for a word which is completely wrong, or you say that a public entity is privately owned, or things such as that, you are not telling people to think differently, but rather putting forward lies as truth. That is my problem. It bothers me that people will see this and think he is telling them the truth.

I do appreciate the comment, though. Thanks.

  • @ParisLawStudent – nobody knows everything – he can be right about somethings & wrong about others – that’s not the point – he’s trying to get people to think differently – to question what they’ve been force feed by people in authority w/ their own agendas – everybody has an agenda – everybody lies & nobody lies more to anyone more than themselves – chill out – Thank You.

This guy is either delusional or plainly lying. Below this comment I have pointed out several mistakes I noticed in watching the first 15 minutes of his presentation. The Lincoln and Kennedy one is not a mistake, but rather mocking his “similarities.” I implore you all, think critically. He is not telling you the truth. Look up his claims, as well as the information I have posted. Also, ask yourself this. If he will lie about a definition, why believe him about bigger issues? Thank you.

The term “monster” is not found in Westlaw’s database of the 2009 edition of Black’s Law Dictionary. Nor is the term “human being.”

    Black’s Law Dictionary
Public – (adj.) 1. Relating or belonging to an entire community, state, or nation. 2. Open or available for all to use, share, or enjoy. 3. (Of a company) having shares that are available on an open market. (i.e. corporations)
Public – (noun) 1. The people of a nation or community as a whole (a crime against the public). 2. A place open or visible to the public (in public).

Lincoln was born in 1809. Kennedy was born in 1917. Lincoln was born in February. Kennedy was born in May. Lincoln was born in the first half of the month. Kennedy was born in the second half. Lincoln’s first name has seven letters. Kennedy’s has four. Six other presidents had seven letter last names, none of whom were assassinated. Lincoln’s wife was institutionalized. Kennedy’s wife remarried. Lincoln died on April 15th. Kennedy died on November 22nd. Eerie coincidences.

Registration and affirmation of oath can be done at a Post Office. This is not because the Post Office is operating under international military law, but rather because this location was chosen by the President and placed into law under Proclamation 4771, specifically at section 1-201.

The USPS is not a private company. It operates under the rules prescribed by the federal government, and these mandates are carried out by officials appointed by the President of the United States, and approved by the Senate. See 39 U.S.C. for more information, specifically 39 U.S.C. Chapters 1, 2, and 4.

If you find the definition of ward in Blacks Dictionary, which Mr. Maxwell claims to be familiar with, it means one who is protected. A child becoming a permanent ward is typically incapable of acting for themselves, and therefore has the protection of a guardian. The ward of the court, however, would be a person who is being protected by the court.

When the CJS says that a duty to the court comes above a duty to the client, it must be realized that the duties to the court are limited. One such example is the duty to prevent truthful information. If a client requests that his or her lawyer present false information, such as lying about relevant law or allowing a witness to perjure his or her self, then the lawyer is forbidden from doing so. This allows for more accurate proceedings.

i wanna know what are the disadvantages of ex-patriation, from what i remember jordan had reconsidered this topic as no longer recommendable for having too many negative implications unbearable for today’s accustomed population and their ways of going about.

  • Shame to report: Marylin Monroe died in 1962 (so I REALLY hope the last one isn’t true! :), John Wilkes Booth was born in 1938, debate as to whether Lincoln had a secretary called Miss Kennedy. Otherwise, pretty funny
