It is a good time to contemplate the effects of big government and what it does to our country. The income tax is one of the most egregious encroachments on our liberties today. It is a form of involuntary servitude, which was supposed to have been outlawed by the 13th Amendment. “Tax Freedom Day is defined as the day when the nation as a whole has theoretically earned enough income to fund its annual federal tax burden. For all of the days of the year before this day, you are a slave to government. For 2009, Tax Freedom Day will come on April 13th. Almost a century ago in 1910, before the mistakes of 1913-namely the inception of the Federal Reserve and our current income tax, Tax Freedom Day was January 19th, signifying a mere 5 percent tax burden. Our voting system is unfair as ALL Consent requires the right to Withhold Consent. The 2 Party system is completely happy with only 45% voting turnouts as they need to get fewer votes to win and one of them gets in power regardless – 50/50 is not bad odds in politics.
Imagine if your voting Ballot Paper had None of the Above and your vote would count towards eliminating all candidate who lost to NOTA?

Survive by making biscuits and gravy. Buy a tent and get a sleeping bag. Sell you expensive car and get a cheap big van. And park that van next to the beach, where there is access to toilets and showers. Buy a fishing pole and fish for your food using worms.

To all the half baked idiots that “slam” this congressman. (and I have read many comments where posters claim he has not done any good in congress.) I believe it is your own laziness and ignorance that allows the corrupt legislative branch to ignore and ridicule him. If an army prepares to go into battle and sends out only one soldier to fight then they should expect to loose. Either arm yourself with your phone, fax, and emails or your guns, bullets, and bandages…The choice is yours.
