When he said “civilian national security force” it was a freak METAPHOR. Why do you think all the veterens in the crows were cheering him? Because they understood what he was saying, unlike a bunch of pinheads who are brainwashed by radical right-wing talk show hosts. And there is nothing mandatory about Obama’s call to service. You simply get certain benefits for helping out, which has always been the case to some extent.

I’ll go watch part I, but all I saw here was audio with a black screen, so we don’t even know who was talking; one out-of-context clip of Rahm E., when he was a rep. from Illinois (see the lower left corner of the clip); old pre-WWII video and a lot of text by the creator of the video.
