Operation Cyclone was a CIA covert operation in Afghanistan beginning in 1979 that established the mujahideen. The idea was to create a Muslim resistance against the Soviets, which could then be turned into a phantom menace to justify fake terror and imperialism worldwide.

Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote about the concept of Technotronics in his 1970 book, “Between Two Ages.” Essentially it is the use of advanced technology to control society and to maintain an elite power structure.
