This document makes it possible to understand how international law and justice works, but mostly how its basic principles can be bypassed. The resolutions passed against Lybia are based on various allegations : notably on the statement claiming that Gaddafi had lead jet attacks on his own people and engaged in a violent repression against uprising, killing more than 6000 civilians. These allegations were spread before they could have been verified. Eventhough it was on the basis of this claim that the Lybian Jamahiriya governement was suspended from the United Nations Human Rights Council, before being referred to the United Nations Security Council. One of the main sources for the claim that Gaddafi was killing his own people is the Libyan League for Human Rights, an organisation linked to the International Federation of Human Rights (the FIDH). On the 21st of February 2011, the General-Secretary of the LLHR, Dr. Soliman Bouchuiguir, initiated a petition in collaboration with the organisation UN Watch and the National Endowment for Democracy. This petition was signed by more than 70 NGOs. Then a few days later, on the 25th of February, Dr. Soliman Bouchuiguir went to UN Human Rights Council in order to expose the allegations concerning the crimes of Gaddafi’s government. Achieving Freedom By Leaving Behind Entangling Lawsuits

One of the most pernicious features of modern life are the lawsuits that plague regular citizens in the developed world.  They are particularly vicious because it seems that every year there are more and more possible laws that can be broken.  In the US alone, 1 in 100 citizens is behind bars, often for minor offenses, divorce disputes, or debt related issues.

If you get entangled in one of these lawsuits, you will experience the cold impracticality of the legal system.  Judgments that are unaffordable or unfair can be handed down with no chance of appeal.  Try and argue your case against the system and you’re likely to be hit with a contempt of court charge.

All in all, these kinds of lawsuits can leave you feeling like a prisoner, even if you aren’t physically behind bars.  From harassment by ex-wives to financial ruin at the hands of lawyers, these lawsuits can turn into living nightmares in a heartbeat.  You then have a choice.  You can stay and take it, or you can achieve freedom again by leaving behind your entangling lawsuits.

To do this, you simply need to move away.  This doesn’t mean to the next county, or the next state.  You will need to leave the country.  There are a number of excellent places to live that don’t have extradition rules, and once you are gone, your case will simply languish.  Even the most tenacious of lawyers will find that they are up against a brick wall when your money is no longer available for them to seize.

You will have to think carefully about whether or not you could really leave it all behind.  Some people can not and you need to know this about yourself first.  However, if you are ready to quit being a slave to court judgments, then it is time to go.

You will find that living well is the best revenge you can have on those who took pride in squashing you in court.  Away from grasping lawyers, you may also find that you can sort out your problems on your own terms. You can settle out of court or work out more favorable terms, since you’ll be in a much better bargaining position now.

Either way, you will find that you can have your freedom back and live as a sovereign individual again. You don’t have to live within the legal strictures of an unfair justice system any longer.  You just have to be willing to make the move.
