In the July 4th edition (ironically) of TIME Magazine, Managing Editor Richard Stengel penned one of the most incompetent pieces (found here: www.time.com on the Constitution that I have ever had the displeasure to read. His mistakes ranged from basic factual errors that could have been fact-checked with an internet search, to broad and sweeping misinterpretations of entire portions of the Constitution.
