Question by Max S: How do anarchists feel about the Constitution?
Is the same left/right dichotomy present in Anarchist philosophy, where the right see Constitutions as stagnant and perfect in their written state, and the left tend to see them as more fluid, living documents? Or do both the left and right oppose any document that founds a central government? Or do both the left and right support a document that protects the rights of minorities?
I’d love any quotes from prominent anarchists on this.

Most anarchists are pro democracy, so I’d imagine they would like the constitution. Try Emma Goldman.

they basically see the constitution as something that has very little power or dictates or mandates on how things should be. They basically are for limited rules of the road or supervision of the activities on the road. For the most part, they want a rule of the jungle type situation, except for when it comes to govt intrusion into our personal lives..in which case when strangely enough they want the govt to have a big role.

Anarchists do not consider the Constitution legitimate, as it founds an illegitimate institution, the state. Anarchist lawyer Lysander Spooner wrote No Treason: The Constitution of No Authority, arguing on legal grounds that the Constitution is invalid.
Another prominent anarchist, Robert Anton Wilson, noted that the Constitution isn’t perfect, but it’s a lot better than the system we have now.
