Michael Badnarik’s Constitution Class 1 of 43

In the early eighties Michael Badnarik started his career as a computer programmer at an Illinois nuclear power plant. For the past twenty years he has continued this professional course, but during this time he became interested and frustrated with politics. As a result, in 1983 Badnarik began studying the IRS and then the constitution. He had since condensed his 18 years of research into a short eight hour course that he would teach in a lecture format. It included some of the fundamentals on our rights and the foundations of our republic. A video recording of one of the classes has been made and you can watch it here..

@TheNigerianTimes What you’re saying about Mr. Bey and others are false.There’s nothing real about the UCC, The UCC is not law but codes which are the color of law. I’m sure you bind yourself to the UCC daily, so it must be a religion for you. There is redemption that can be found in the UCC. As far as vessels, look up the meaning in a unabridged dictionary. Vessel has many many meanings including people and especially women who carry cargo on the water of her womb for 9 months.Study dont judge

@lovell123456789 You are a much better person since you do not know that fraud Tarik Bey and all those other Freeman Sovereignty agitprop figure heads. In short they take the authenticates of Uniform Commercial Code and re interpret it into their own RELIGION. For instance the term “vessel” in the statutes is reinterpreted to mean people. With this one slight of hand they recreate something out of nothing. Its truly sad.

I am a rebel and I listened to Michael throught 37 but after that he gets too wacko and I believe he has been stromped like a bug on some of his more outlandish ideas as to what he thinks the Constitution allows his group.

@godscuttingyoudown Come on man that guy Taj Tarik Bey is a fraud!!! All of that UCC mumbo jumbo is fake. Their are UCC statutes but they have nothing to do with what he is claiming they are for. Please do not fall victim to that cult. You will be forever mad at yourself. I almost fell for that UCC stuff at one point until I started digging deeper and deeper. Be skeptical of everything the truth shall emerge.

he cancelled both of his classes in NYC due to lack of interest. I was going to go see him in Manhattan!!! wtf!!

come on guys go to constitutionpreservation(dot)org and sign up for his classes so he doesn’t cancel them

michael says again and again positive law is made up od statutes not codes. codes are not positive law. MR BADNARIK I LOVE YOU AND WISH YOU WELL!! (love you as a brother in arms) everyone should memorize the ENTIRE CONSTITUTION! INCLUDING THE BILL OF RIGHTS! PLEASE! IT IS OUR DUTY! its going to happen soon. we will get our country back. we have to to keep the countries founding fathers properly positioned in their caskets. you know what i mean

Every American citizen and those that wish to become a citizen should study the Constitution, read it and the declaration of Independence and get a rought Idea of what it says and means and we the people are all about.
