a) bad construction
b) rigged construction
… but blowing up a burning building makes no sense at all, especially if you set it on fire yourself, CIA agents can’t be that dumb.

Let’s end the discussion on 9/11. The buildings were hit by 2 planes, which caused them to collapse. Think about it, if you were gonna set your house on fire, to collect insurance money, would you rig it with explosives AND fly a plane into it, just to be safe? Of course not. If you were in doubt about whether the building would collapse because of a plane crash, you would rig the construction. 747’s destroyed WTC 1 & 2.
