The Constitution has not changed at all.
The changes you are thinking about are Amendments to the Constitution. They are not the Constitution itself.

Well, the 13th Amendment outlawed slavery, The 14th gave citienship to all people born or naturalized in the United States as well as protecting people’s life, liberty, and property without due process of the law. The 15th gave them the right to vote.

The 14th Ammendment states we are all slaves born in America. So until we’re free, we’re just being controlled by the government.
