  • ok found a new law rule malaisia!u need to get consent to get credit info about your potential business partner.ridiculous, isn’t it?.imagine what happens when i ask consent to check frm my business partner-to-be financial background..that spells the end of our business potential no matter how trusting v r to each other in d begining-the guys with lots of debt problem, aint gonna give u any consent n when he default his debt,u are technically bankrupt coz d law to protects him frm paying back!!!

  • @lifthz I agree, there can never be a perfect one but if it involves basic information like I cant even find out if my potential business partner is bullshiting me with his credit with others or he is even a bankrupt becos there is a low that forbids me to do this, then I think something is very wrong. I deserve the right to find out if my potential business person is credit worthy or not.

  • @Swissbank1 unfortunately even the U.S. hides information from the people. Yes, we have the FOIA, but documents are still classified and you have to find out the numbers of the documents in order to request a release of it. Upon request of those documents, the government vcould easily edit it before releasing to being unclassified.

  • heard there is one country in south east asia trying to enact a law that hides information from the public and business people. apparently the information of bad business behaviors is proposed to be hidden so that no one can find them.its so ridiculous as it will cause the country to become risky place to do business.think they are too overzealous to cover their own backsides.like they always said politicians is always trying to hide something from the public.

  • I’m an Aunt of a nephew who died approx. a month ago. His mother who is my sister will not let us see the death certificate, or the toxicology report cuz it seems as if she’s hiding something. How can I get this info w/o her interfering??.
