charles at your age your a dissssssssssssssssssssssapointment

  • Mboya did the same. He inserted words on Lanchaster House draft.

  • The so called CEO are to blame for making a controversial document….then went ahead and labelled the contetious issues as uncontetious.. a bunch of numskulls..

  • @drsugarcane lol… sugarcane… usinispam… anyway, even with a new constitution, if we stay docile, if we are complacent, the powers that be will always get away with crime… always…

  • @thepolarden1 dude I’ll spam your post if you keep posting it everywhere! In the new draft ALL state officers including president, judges and MP’s DO NOT determine their own salaries but are determined by an independent SALARIES AND REMUNERATION COMMISSION……

  • @Savai333 well you are expecting too much from the old man kibaki..

  • Kenya is governed by the rule of law.We should let the high court and the relevant institutions deal with this issue.Ababu should buy his dad a decent pair of shows then he can talk about the constitution.

  • SALARIES:
US Chief justice salary is 17 million shillings (taxed) while Kenya’s AG earns 20 million shillings (untaxed). This is so even though Kenya’s GDP is 3 trillion shillings; as compared to that of the US which is 1112 trillion shillings…

  • @Savai333 The three musketeers must tell us the truth!!! One of them must know about the “error”

  • Well spoken Hon. Ababu. Thank you. Yes 4 the Katiba!

  • I feel better after listening to this program and am convinced by the arguments of Honorables Abdikadir Mohammed and Ababu Namwamba that the process must continue. But this does not stop Kibaki, Raila and Wako from explaining how the two divisive words illegally got into the Draft Constitution.
