@2:03,
A court case is not a law since the outcome of the case must be based on an already existing law.
She should have just said that Title 26 of the United States Code is the law that says you have to pay taxes, but she is an idiot.

Wow amazing. I think in this new age of terrorism however, taxes SHOULD be allowed to be taken and based on what color of threat we’re facing. I mean if we’re facing red, we’re gonna need a lot of money for the booby traps so it should be our duty to PAY UP. I foresee no problems developing from this type of plan.

One day we might get beyond our fixation on the LAW and the Constitution and oppose taxation without representation on principle ALONE, because we desire to live free and not as slaves exploited by those claiming authority. This goes WAY beyond laws written on paper. The law can be rewritten, and then what? Will it be okay to tax us to death then? The answer is still no.

Like SOCIAL security being something like 5% of the FIRST $1,400 and OPTIONAL when it was written by that great socialistic ‘ruler’, FDR. ANYTHING that leaves a toe in the door for the government to get its hands on more of the peoples money (since they don’t have any themselves) will be abused. That’s called power!

@interpauler Well, it’s good to know about your studying and friendships, but I must say, no one can ever study enough. These creatures are unremitting. They are now trying through their minions running for congress, to get the tax laws rewritten to ” be more fair” and you know what that means. The laws don’t exist now, so what will be “rewritten”? I’ve enjoyed our exchange. Good night. We must stay vigilant.

Glad you know the truth but you wrote, “Those who won’t read are as illiterate as those who cannot read” and “You misinterpreted MY COMMENT.”
Well, you didn’t specify WHAT to read, so your comment was misconstrued as those who don’t read Title 26—the primary source of income tax lovers—are illiterate, which implies favoring the illegal income tax. Anyway, thanks for the clarification. 🙂

It’s not enough to know that income taxes are ILLEGAL. One must know how to argue their claim in a court and that is a real quagmire of corruption. By the time you spend enough time in court you will think you are going nuts what with all the double talk and refusal of the IRS to produce the documents you motion for …for it to prove its claim against you. They can never show any law that has been enacted that makes an income tax legal against you if you are not one required to pay it.

@interpauler I wonder how knowledgeable and brave you’d be if you ever had to defend YOURSELF as YOURSELF, in a court against an illegal seizure of your person by U.S. Marshals. With the ego you display, I estimate you’d last all of three minutes. I even bet you do not know what “defend yourself as yourself” even means. I bet you don’t even know how to identify yourself in a court proceeding. It gets really deep. Start studying and quit yer yapping at those on the same side of this argument.

Who would mind paying taxes if what he said was true but its all BS. We all know what our money is being used for. For years we have paid our taxes and we still wind up with tons of Debt. Now how can this be. We all know they are not spending all this money on schools, infastructure, and defense. Are we really that foolish to believe we need to be defended from anyone but them. When our roads and bridges are falling apart, then its not infastructure. Schools. The school system is a joke!

It’s a fact that the Constitution contains 4400 words and was meant to be *understood* by everyone.
It’s also a fact that the tax code contains 10,000,000 words and was intended to *steal* from everyone.
The 16th Amendment was never legally ratified, (see “The Law That Never Was”) and the income tax has been declared unconstitutional by the SCOTUS.

Charles Thomas Clayton was convicted on two counts of making false tax returns + six counts of willful failure to
file + was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
Clayton himself prepared the amended returns for 1997 and 1998 sent them to Banister for approval, and then sent
them to the IRS.
It was Banister who was instructing Clayton as to the method for making claims for refunds.
As a result of his conviction, the Texas Medical Board revoked Clayton’s license to practice medicine.

BANISTER v. CALIFORNIA BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY
September 21, 2010
Rather than evidence, Banister presents wild hypotheticals. Below he speculated about due process in Rwanda; now he raises the possibility that fanatic Islamists would ban female witnesses. Neither hypothetical is factually supported, of course. But Banister’s resort to hypotheticals instead of evidence is telling. His appeal masquerades as a question of law when it is nothing more than an abstraction.

Also, everyone stay AWAY from tax resolution companies. They just want your money. Some cost upwards to $6000. All they do is have you fill out an 433a. You can do this yourself for free! The IRS will find out you got an attorney and put priority on your account. Then file a federal tax lien on you. The WORST thing you can do is call the IRS. Never call them or reply to them.
