  • The Constitution: “It has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it, in either case, it is unfit to exist.”
    -Lysander Spooner

  • Its amazing how the government can still figure out ways to get around the constitution.

At 3:15 , the speaker says “We fought a revolution, we won the revolution, we wrote The Constitution. The whole purposes of The Constitution is to keep the government in check…”

Something’s missing here. Where is any mention of the Articles of Confederation – the FIRST Constitution – which “governed” the United States during the 1780s? The speaker doesn’t mention it because it undermines his whole portrayal of the current Constitution.

We had a “limited government,” and it was a failure.

If God gave you America then he apperently wants it back now.
People with free minds and strength gave you America.

  • I believe God gave us America to be free.
God bless the USA and judge Andrew!

  • Unfortunately all governments are now operating under the Satanic Babylonian Talmud which adheres to the “Cretan Credo”..
“Do unto others until all others are done in”!
And Judge……..”Rights are never granted, they are either usurped or defended”……lazerus9

  • Shame on the great Judge Napolitano for providing this information through the Reason Foundation, which is only about destroying American sovereignty and establishing a new world order death and slavery system!

One can only hope that a NEUTRAL Judge might exist.

Too many Judges are appointed, not ELECTED.

During 1770’s, The King of Great Britain appointed Judges, who were loyal to the King, not to the People.

  • There is nothing relative about the division between individual minds and matter. This also takes away all arguments i heard against individual rights. Who/what created this division is simply irrelevant.

However, these rights only exist if they are accepted by “those in power”(whoever that might be). Pointing to the sky, instead of pointing at what you can actually perceive, sems like a bad way to make this happen. People see all kinds of bullshit in the sky.

  • I love Ayn Rand, but I do not think she proved anything of the sort. Who created human nature?

  • I would propose that the person who studies nature, science and human interaction finds much evidence that supports concrete universal norms, and in this way is far less blind then the person who ignores this evidence.

If rights and morals are relative then they must be determined by those in power, this is a terrifying proposition.

  • aekel66,

This is beautifully elaborated on in our declaration of Independence. “…these truths to be self evident” makes an appeal to knowledge that is universal, immutable, and discernible….there is nothing produced or relative in this regard. What is relative is the “We Hold…” which implies a consensus or agreement on what universally, immutably, and discernibly exists. We construct the We Hold but we do not construct the self-evident for its immutability makes it a discovery.

  • As an atheist im a bit annoyed by the use of the “god created these rights” argument. It’s the same kind of blind argument that motivates sharia.

Ayn Rand showed how the right are a product of human nature, no matter how we think human was created.

  • God Bless Judge Andrew Napiltano I often cite him for my newsletter.

  • This guys good

  • The judge is a great leader for the freedom movement – he’s doing great things over at Fox these days

  • Don’t give George Washington a break! He signed into law the Bank of the U.S. and led troops against U.S. citizens during the Whiskey Rebellion!

yeah how many ,view Freedom Watch?

  • I have new found respect for Napolitano. Why did I never hear him say things like this when I use to watch Fox News?

  • Powerful, informative and thought provoking. And the assaults against the Constitution continues today.

  • Please share this series on social networks such as FaceBook, Twitter, etc. EVERYONE NEEDS to see this and to be educated about how our rights are being taken away from us.
